Cancellation Policy

  • For pick-ups within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
  1. Orders cancelled prior to 12 hours of the pick-up time will not be charged.
  2. Orders cancelled within less than 12 hours of the pickup time will be charged 50% of the fare.
  3. Orders cancelled less than 6 hours before scheduled pick-up will be charged at 100% of the fare.
  • For Pick-Ups outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
  1. Orders cancelled prior to 24 hours of the pick-up time will not be charged.
  2. Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of the pickup time will be charged 50% of the fare.
  3. Orders cancelled less than 6 hours before scheduled pick-up will be charged at 100% of the fare.
