  1. Refunds will be issued only if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the pickup time.

  2. A 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup schedule.

  3. No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 12 hours before the pickup schedule.
